HARMAN unveils the new JBL on AIR-WIRELESS-AIRPLAY Speaker Dock….
Apr 12th
HARMAN announces the new JBL on AIR WIRELESS AIRPLAY for the unstoppable and amazing musical experience at home… With AirPlay technology built in the JBL On Air Wireless lets you play music from your iTunes library on a Mac machine or a Windows PCS and from an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch device over your existing Wi-Fi network.
You can enjoy album artwork and song information on the bright color display, and can use the included remote control to play and pause music, as well as navigate to next and previous tracks. AirPlay requires iTunes 10.1 or later and iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iOS 4.2 or later.
The three advanced JBL transducers provides rich, full and high spectrum sound uniformly across a wide listening area. Distinct stereo imaging is often less than ideal with desktop sound systems, but the JBL On Air Wireless dock’s unique HALO (horizontal acoustic level optimization) design delivers clean, powerful sound that JBL products are known for. Hanwha unleashes HDMI / USB adapter…!!
Apr 1st
Hanwha introduces HDMI / USB adapter for iPad, iPhone 4, and fourth-gen iPod touch. Feel the desire to watch your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch videos on the big screen, but looking for something with a little more girth than Apple’s HDMI solution…?
Hanwha’s latest dongle might do the job. Its a place of the original adapter’s dock connector port is a USB 2.0 socket - compatible with cameras supporting mass storage connection - alongside the 720p-friendly HDMI port, but you’ll have to use the switch to toggle between the two modes. And that little mini-USB port on the far right…? Well, it’s there to provide some juice to reduce battery drain, but probably not enough to charge up your iDevice.
It is significantly more expensive, but also provides a combination of HDMI and Camera Adapter. It will be interesting to learn whether the HDMI and USB converter will let users plug in USB devices like flash drives or 3G modems. These will certainly extend the usefulness of your iPad or iPhone.
